Held Under Bonds Yesterday morning C W Williams andS W and-S Allen with perhaps several aliases were before the police court on the chargo of assault with deadly weapons The men were arrested on the corner of Twenty fifth street and Lincoln avenue night be fore last while in the act of using each other as targets for 44calibre revolvers re-volvers After giving the case a hearing Judge Pash fined each 25 and costs and released them Shortly after the men were again arrested by Deputy Marshal Bowman and Bailiff Gill on a stronger charge that of assault with deadly weapons with intent to kill and taken to the county l jail and locked up but they bad little difficulty j 1 diffi-culty in securing bail and were released Ion I-on 1000 bonds each by Judge A C Bishop J G Russell and George Silks as sureties The preliminary examination is set fo r to day at 2 oclock pm
