Show A COURSE OF STUDY Meeting of Many Comity Superintendents Superin-tendents Held Yesterday According to an agreement between the superintendents of schools of about dozen of the central counties several of them D R Allen of Salt Lake D H Christensen of Utah D O Will ley of Davis Angus Vance of Box Elder S Oldham of Cache P P Christensen of Tooele Moslah Hall of Weber D S L Mc Corkle of Summit Steele of Garfield Wooten of Wasatch and De Freeze of Uintah were present at a meeting held yesterday to arrange a course of study for the schools of the territory The idea is to get the opinions of all and choose that which is best A great deal of work was done at yesterdays yes-terdays meeting but nothing definite lias yet been agreed upon The superintendents superin-tendents of other counties are wanted in these meetings and those already together to-gether extend a cordial invitation No permanent organization has been formed form-ed as yet but Superintendent Allen of this county and Superintendent Christensen Chris-tensen of Tooele are the temporary chairman and secretary respectively The next meeting will be held on the 24th inst |
