A U in Equity filed Trnst Against the Sugar I PHILADELPHIA May 2A bill in equity hss been fed by the government against the Sugar trust to prevent a consummation of the recent deal by which the trust obtained ob-tained control of individual refiners of this city The bill is fed against E C Knight CoSpreckels Refining company Frankling Sugar Refining company Delaware Dela-ware Sugar House American Sugar Refining Refin-ing company and John E Searls treasurer The bill sets forth the above companies have combined contrary to law and prays the court to prevent the consummation of the deal and rescind the agreements incases in-cases where it has been brought to consummation consum-mation
