First District Court The clerk of the First district court has issued the following circular which has been forwarded to each attorney practicing in the court I take pleasuc in informing you that at a recent session of this court an order was made designating Tuesday February 10 JSl as the time and the court rooms of it is court at Ogden city Utah as the pli ce at which will occur the next setting of al civil cases which will then be at issue in this court It is desired that every attorney at-torney interested in any of the cases pending pend-ing in this court be present and take notice no-tice of the setting Of his cases In this connection I cite Rule VI of the rules of th s court which are as follows RuloVl All parties and attorneys must take notice of the time of the setting of cases for trial hearing or postponement of the same at their peril No other notice is required to he given than such setting of cases in open court and the posting of notice of such setting set-ting and time of trial in the court room and thereafter cases shall be tried as they are reached on the calendar unless postponed post-poned The trial calendar will bo taken up for I trial before a jury on Monday February 23 lS9l
