The Will of George Bancroft WASHINGTON Jan 2SThe will of the late George Bancroft has been placed in probate The estate is given in trust for the benefit of relatives Bancroft gives his portrait to EaTarJ colleco His manuscript man-uscript and historical collections will be offered for sale to the Library of Congress and in the event of their not being purchased pur-chased to be offered to any public library the money to be added to the trust fund The library and printed works will be sold preferably to some institution and this money is to go to the same fund The income in-come from his copyrights is also to go to this fund
