Show West Btfl. The Dan Mitchells entertained enter-tained their daughter Allyson, her husband Dan Taylor and baby Tamson. To make things more interesting they brought along five members of Dan's Sunday School class. They together with Jan Salmon and members of the Mitchell family got up at 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning to go to stand in the cold in order to get in to conference. They found it to be a chapter in their lives to be relived many times. The Eugene Salmons and the Ron Bangerters returned from a vacation to St. George and to the Phoenix areas. They enjoyed attending, a temple session. Phyllis Miller received a telephone call from her missionary mis-sionary companion from 10 years ago. They had happy times in Brazil. Phyllis was glad to discover that she is living in Los Angeles, Calif. Elias Miller has been in Chicago on business and for a period of learning. His job is to learn how to better manage the IBM machines at the First Security Bank in Salt Lake City. Joyce has been helping her daughter Jennifer in spelling competition and giving moral support to daughter Jozet as she tried out for cheerleader at Centerville Jr. High School. Randy, Wendell Wild's brother has been visiting them. He has been serving in the army in Alaska. Mrs. Merlynn Thompson, secretary at the West Bountiful Boun-tiful Elementary School will be wed on April 15. Jeff Martin, son of the Carl Martins will be participating in the Seminary Bowl on April 14. He is a Viewmont High School student. Jeff's brother Doug, a student at Bountiful Jr. High has won a trophy at the Weber State College in the Weber Regional Jr. High Science Fair. His subject was fingerprinting. Mr. and Mrs. Stan Danger-field Danger-field and Ruby Martin are Doug's grandparents and are proud of their grandchildren. Chuck Evans, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Evans also participated in the meet. The Grant Derbidges enter- tained a house full last Sunday. Sun-day. Their guests included: friends Steven and Jeanie Layne; Grant's parents Spence and Dora Derbidge; and Grant's sister Janet and husband Merrille Malouf and children Carrie, Melissa and Fred. The Woodie Musigs enjoyed a visit from Woodie's mother and dad, Carl and Violet Larson Lar-son of Salt Lake City. We are sorry to note that Kathy Stephens has been hospitalized hos-pitalized again. We wish her the best in her recovery. |
