Arbuckle, owner of Freeway Heating and Air Conditioning Corp. in Bountiful Boun-tiful was honored recently by Bountiful Sertoma Club as the president of their annual Free Enterprise Award. IT WAS presented in conjunction con-junction with Sertoma's Freedom Banquet held at Oakridge Country Club, Feb. 23, 1977. In presenting this award, Dr. G.O. Robinson, president of tiie Sertoma Club of Bountiful, Boun-tiful, cited Mr. Arbuckle for his particular contribution to the growth of private business and the promotion of free enterprise en-terprise development in the South Davis area. BOB BEGAN his sheet metal me-tal business with his brother, Maurice, in 1947. Since that time his business has grown from setting a few furnaces a month to about 200 per month and his employees have increased from two to about 60. They have just commenced operation of a hundred thousand dollar computerized duct machine. Bob has served as president of the State Utah Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors' Association and was instrumental in establishing es-tablishing this organization. BOB WAS also recognized for his outstanding civic service. ser-vice. He has been active and held offices in the Jr. Chamber of Commerce. He was honored with the J.C. Outstanding Young Man Award. The highlight of his community com-munity career came as he served our area for eight years in the Utah State House of Representatives. He is presently serving on the Cen-terville Cen-terville City Council. HE RESIDES at 555 E. 1000 So. in Centerville with his wife Joyce and three children. He also has three married children. |
