UTAH AfRO AERO CLUB I IS ORGANIZED Officers Elected and Research S in fl Aviation Will Be Pushed At an enthusiastic meeting of aviation followers the Aero Acre club of Utah was formed last 1st l st night The meeting was held at the home borne of Wilton Powell South Third East street and more than thana a dozen persons persona were present The constitution of the Aero Club of America with Ith suitable changes and amendments was adopted as were also bylaws Dr A Brodbeck was elected president of the club Iver Redman first vice president S S Gilson second vice president Arthur Jennings third vice president L R B Culver treasurer F A Ayres secretary Wilton Powell was named chairman of the membership com committee committee committee and was Instructed to start a cam campaign campaign campaign which will bring to the club every everyman ever everman everyman man interested in aviation in the state The club will meet again Thursday to further perfect the organization and out outline outline outline line the work for the fall While the research will be chiefly along the lines of heavier r than air machines the matter of dirigibles will not be overlooked and by next summer the club hopes to have havea a big machine In the air The next meeting will be held at the home of Mr Powell and all persons in In the lines to be pushed by the club are invited d to attend
