Influenza Regulations. Strict quarantine of influenza shall be observed in Ogden City. The existence of influenza shall be Indicated on every house in which it it exists by placing in a conspicuous place thereon, a placard . with the name influenza thereon. The City Board of Health shall cause a house to be placarded inime-jdialely inime-jdialely upon a report that influenza I exists there. Quarantine shall be maintained for , a period of at least 10 days after the J last day of fever of the last case in the house. No person shall enter or leave a I quarantined house, except a doctor or j nurse, without special permission of the Board of Health. Any person entering a quarantined ' house without permission shall bo required re-quired to remain during the period of the quarantine unless otherwise ordered or-dered by the Board of Health. The same day that cases of influenza influ-enza are discovered by doctors, a written writ-ten report giving the name and address ad-dress of the person afflicted shall be made to the Board of Health. Every person having knowledge of, or suspecting the existence of influ-samo influ-samo to the Board of Health. Persons residing outside of Ogden City, where quarantine regulations are not of equal strictness with those of Ogden City, shall .not be permitted to enter Ogden City unless they are able to exhibit a certificate of good health. No special sales shall be hold and no such sales shall bo advertised. Street cars shall not carry more passengers than the seating capacity J will accommodate, and persons shall not bo permitted to stand in cars or on the platform. Sufficient top ventilators in street cars shall be kept open when carrying passengers. A.I1 cars must be properly fumigated before leaving the barn- and heated. Street car operatives shall be held personally responsible for violations of street car regulations. There shall be no public funerals, and services at cemeteries shall not exceed 30 minutes. There shall be no viewing of the remains of persons having died with influenza, except by the immediate family. All persons attending upon patients suffering from influenza and barbers, dentists, clerks, elevator operators, and others of similar occupations, and persons coming in close contact with public, shall wear masks. All masks shall be sterilized at least twice a day, by boiling 15 minutes, min-utes, or by placing in a newspaper in an oven and baking until the nows-papor nows-papor is brown. Tho number of passengers to he car- . ried in any elevator shall be prescribed pre-scribed in writing by the Board of i Health. Parents are required to keep their ' children on their own premises. These regulations shall bo added to by order of the Board of Health as j circumstances require. These regulations shall become of- i fective immediately and shall remain eflective until otherwise ordered by , the Board of Health.
