A training program to help people deal with accidents and emergencies is being offered here by the City Fire Department Engineer Dean Williams and firefighter Jerry Lojka are teaching the Paramed Program, which provides information on home fire prevention, the Heimlich maneuver, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), as well as immediate treatment of burns, poisons, fractures, bleeding and seizures.
