Show SPEAKERS EXTOL V1RTUES0F PIONEER Funeral Services for Mrs. John E. Pace Held at Tabernacle Last Saturday Funeral sendees for Mrs. John E. Pace who died last Wednesday were held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the tabernacle with Bishop W. W. McArthur of the West ward presiding. The stand was covered with beautiful floral offerings and the audience numbered num-bered a large number of relatives and friends of the deceased, many being present from outside places. A chorus composed of Dilworth Snow, George ' F. Whitehead, Job F. Hall, Mrs. Mamie Paxman and Miss Lucile Worthen sang "Jesus Lover of My Soul." Prayer was offered by President Jos. K. Nicholes. Speakers were David H. Morris, James McArthur, Dr. D. A.. McGregor, Mc-Gregor, George F. WJiitehead and Andrew N. Winsor. Vocal solos were given by Mrs. Wtn. Brooks and Dilworth Snow.' A tribute to the life of Mrs. Pace was read by Mrs. George I Worthen in behalf of the Moth- ers' reading club, j Chorus, "Lead Me Gently Home i Father." j Benediction, Elder Arthur F. j Miles. The grave in the city cemetery j was dedicated by President George F. Whitehead. i |
