Show SHORTS Troop 62 is having instruction in boxing and gymnastic exercizes exerciz-es under the direction of O. V. Belnap, Boxing Club sponsor of Irving High School. Every fourth Tuesday, the boys get their instructions in-structions at the Hillcrest L D. S. Ward, located at 3133 South 9th East. Donald Russell The Stag Patrol of Troop 51 is acting as the guinea pig in a new program outlined by James H. Stannard. scoutmaster. His plans to have every patrol go. on an overnight hike. To carry out this program the patrol hold a ski hike at Alta Fiday night and Saturday. The Stags are striving to set an examplee for the other patrols. j Tom Lyon. To the patrol having the best order for the month. Troop 17 presents a banner on which is written "Honor Patrol." A sacred sac-red bear necklace, made up of peanuts pea-nuts strung on a piece of th'-oad. :is also presented The patrol re-l re-l tains possession of the banner un- til another wins the honor. The sacred necklace, however, is kept permanently by the patrol. and ; another one is given to the next J parol the following month.
