Show A Traffic Cop Goes to College Each year a 9-month course is offered to a carefully selected group of traffic policemen, from all parts of the country by the Northwestern Northwest-ern University Traffic Institute in Evanston, III. The school was created cre-ated in 1936 by a grant from the Automotive Safety Foundation. A trained staff under Lieut. F. M.
