Boyer announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Jean Boyer, to Clair Bowen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jones Bowen of Spanish Fork. The wedding was an event of Saturday evening, De-cember De-cember 27, taking place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Farrell G. Olsen, in Spanish Fork, with Bishop G. Ray Hales of the Springville Third ward performing the ceremony, witnessed wit-nessed hy immediate family members and close friends. The bride appeared charming in a pale green afternoon dress with a single orchid corsage. She was attended by Mrs. Bonnie Hooley as maid of honor. Marvin Stewart of Spanish Fork acted as best man for the bridegroom. Following the wedding ceremony, members of the wedding party assembled at the Virginia Manor for a wedding wed-ding dinner and program, with Farrell Olsen and Sherman Christensen acting as masters of ceremonies. The newlyweds left shortly after their marriage on a honeymoon trip to Idaho, and upon their return will make their home for the present at Spanish Fork. The bride, a graduate of the Springville high school, is a former student of the Brigham Young University, where Mr. Bowen, an ex-service man, will continue his studies.
