Show Clark-Maag Wedding Was Lovely Summer Event A lovely summer wedding was that of Miss Norma Clark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Clark of this city and Clifford F. Maacf. son o f Mr. and Mrs. Henrv Maaff of Grandview. The wedding took place at the Maag home with Bishop Dean Buckner officiating. Gowned in white satin with seed pearl trim about the yoke and a white net veil also with seed pearl trim and carrying a white Bible and orchids, the bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. W. C. Mitchell, who wore dusty rose and blue, with a baby orchid or-chid corsage. Bridesmaids Audrey Hills, Norma Nor-ma Bray and JoAnne Leyshon were gowned in pastel shades and wore gladioli corsages. Mrs. Maag chose a gown of white lace, while Mrs. Clarke wore dark blue crepe. Corsages for both mothers were baby orchids. At the reception following the ceremony serving was in charge of Startup's with Ada Rae Clark, Colleen Mitchell and Lorraine Brady assisting. Mrs. James Linton, Lin-ton, assisted by Norma Anne Laursen presided over the gift room. A program was presented. The young couple are making their home in Lehi after a honeymoon honey-moon trip. Before her marriage, the bride-to-be was complimented with a number of social functions including inclu-ding a shower given by her mother mo-ther who was assisted by Mrs. E. E. Brady and Mrs. W. C. Mitchell, at the Second ward hall. Approximately Approxi-mately sixty relatives and friends attended the. party and enjoyed the time with a program and re freshments. . At the close of the shower, the bride opened her many lovely gifts. |
