Show and continue in session each day to and including Friday the 23rd day of December, between the hours of 9 a. m. and -1 p. m. and will hear and consider any and all objections to the levying of such tax, and will make any change or corrections in said proposed tax, which said Board may deem unequal or ' unjust. un-just. That during the time specified, said lisis and plats shall be open to public inspect ion at the office ol the City Recorder in the City Hall, in the City of Spnngville, Utah. The- property to be affected by said tax is as follows: The East side of lots 1 and 4 in each of the following blocks fronting front-ing or abutting upon said improvement, improve-ment, viz: 37, 28, 21, 12 and 5; all in Plat "A" Sprinevilte Survey of Building Lots, Springville, Utah; all of the foregoing lots, pieces, or parcels of land extending to a depth of 6 rods back from the West property line of Main Street on. which said improvement is being be-ing constructed. Also the West side of Lots 2 and 3 in each of the following blocks viz: 36, 29. 20, 13- and 4, all in Plat "A" Springville Survey of Building Lots, Springville, Utah; all of the foregoing lots, pieces, or parcels of land extending to , a depth of 6 rods back from the East property line of Main Street on which said improvement is being constructed. Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned have been duly appointed ap-pointed the Board of Equalization and Review in Street Paving District Dis-trict Number Two, City of Springville, Spring-ville, Utah, and notice is hereby given that the list of the property in said Street Paving District Number Num-ber Two subject, to tax, and the amount of tax has been completed. That the Board of Equalization and Review, as appointed by the City Council, will meet at the office of the City Recorder, in the City Hall, on Wednesday the Twenty-first Twenty-first day of December A.
