Show Youth dies from accident here; services. Bishop Blaine P. Clyde of the Tenth Ward will conduct the services. Friends may call at i the Wheeler Mortuary from 10 a.m. Friday until time of the services Burial will be in the Preston, Idaho cemetery with ; graveside rites at 4:30. The ; family requests no flowers. The youth, a local carrier for, a Salt Lake newspaper, had Cory Don Judy, 13, who suc- cumbed to injuries in a truck-bicycle truck-bicycle accident on Thursday, been listed in critical .condition at the hospital following the bicycle-truck mishap on the overpass on Fourth South and Fourth West Thursday. Driver of the pickup was Charles L. Fillmore of Provo. According to Police Chief Ashley Graham, investigation of the accident has not yet been completed. Cory suffered severe head injuries in-juries and was taken to the Utah Valley Hospital for emergency em-ergency treatment and was then rushed by ambulance to the Salt Lake LDS Hospital in a record time of 35 minutes and was in surgery within 5 minutes after arrival. Chief Graham commended the expert driver of the Provo City ambulance ambu-lance and the efficient manner in which the youth was taken care of at the hospital. He remained re-mained in critical condition until un-til his death. Cory Don was born Dec. 1, 1954 at Preston, Idaho, the son of Clarence G. and Fan-nette Fan-nette Andelin Judy. He was an active member of the LDS church and was a Deacon in the Tenth Ward. He was active ac-tive in scouting and had completed com-pleted the seventh grade in the junior high school. Surviving besides his parents are the . following: two brothers broth-ers and six sisters: Kelly Ray, Kimber Clair, Julie Ann, LaRee, Dove, Jill, Camille and Robin Joy; three grandparents, Mrs. Gladys P. Andelin of Culver City, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Judy of Roy, Utah. |
