dinner Honors Mother On yoth birthday Mrs. Mary Ellen Sanford was guest of honor at a birthday party celebrating her 70th birthday anniversary an-niversary on Saturday evening, in the form of a dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jolley. The long dining table held a beautifully decorated birthday cake as a centerpiece. Covers were arranged ar-ranged for the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jolley, Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Ence, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sanford, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Eu-gene Sanford of Spanish Fork, Mrs. Frank Sanford, Mrs. Hugh Heath, Mr. and Mrs. Mayland Men-denhall Men-denhall of Payson, and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Reece of Payson. Three of Mrs. Sanford' s children unable to attend the party sent birthday greetings. They were Mrs. Georgia Wood of Idaho Falls, Ida., Mrs. Helen Day and Mrs. Jessie Wickman of Oakland, Calif.
