A dispatch was received shortly after noon today that It waa expected the car would be raised from the big hole within two or three hours. For several hours a big crane has been at work trying to lift the car. but on account of Its weight and the difficulty In getting proper holdings hold-ings on It. tt Is a hard task. As soon aa the body of the dead baggageman la recovered re-covered It will be brouaht to this city, where It will be prepared for transit to Los Angeles, the home of Mc Mort.
