Show Theatre. Mr. McKenzie's Ben Trennant, in the "Lost Ship," is not only a dashing, lively performance, but shows what the gentleman can do in sailor parts. Miss Colebrook, Mr. Harris and Mr. Thorne all make features fea-tures of the characters entrusted to them, while Mr. Margetts is excruciatingly excruci-atingly funny as usual. The "Lost Ship" holds the boards again to-morrow night for the last time. The sensation sen-sation scene of the sinking ship should alone be sufficient to crowd the house. It is one of the finest scenic effects that has yet been produced here. Mr. Lambourne's pencil and Mr. Keid's mechanical abilities have been shown to advantage in the presentation of this scene. |
