Show Mm Wedding In Prove Unites Popular Gsuple ! In a beautiful double-ring home ceremony Miss Geraldine Harrison, daughter of Carl Harrison, Har-rison, of Roosevelt, and Emil Meyers, son of Mrs. Dell Huff, of Provo, exchanged marriage vows at the home of the bridegroom's bride-groom's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glain Schow, of Provo. The young couple :tood before a candlelit altar, flanked by potted palms, with Bishop Larsen of an L.D.S. Provo vard officiating. j The bride chose for her wed-' ding a gray satin cocktail dress and carried a bridal bouquet of! white carnations and red Amer-' ican Beauty rosebuds, tied with ' white satin streamers. j The groom's sister, Mrs. Glen ' Schow, attended the bride as matron of honor, wearing an orchid or-chid crepe afternoon dress, and Miss Barbara Harrison, sister of the bride and maid of honor, chose an afternoon frock of red velvet. Jay Loveless, of Provo, performed per-formed best man duties. Following the wedding, the newlyweds were honored at an 8 o'clock reception held in the garden of the Schow home, when approximately two hundred hun-dred guests called. The garden, which was lighted with Japanese Jap-anese lanterns, was a profusion of summer flowers. Centering the reception table was a beautiful two-tiered white wedding cake, which was decorated dec-orated with white lattice arches and pale pink clusters of roses, and topped with a miniature bride and groom. White tapers in crystal candelabra completed the decoration. In the receiving line were the bride and groom, Mr. and Mrs. Dell Huff, Jay Loveless, Mrs. Schow, Mrs. Barbara Ny-berg, Ny-berg, grandmother of the bride, ; and Miss Barbara Harrison, the bride's sister. I Mrs. Carl Harrison had charge jof the gift book. Immediately following the e- ception the newlyweds left for a honeymoon trip to Yellowstone Yellow-stone Park and will make their home in Provo when they return. re-turn. The new Mrs. Myers is a graduate of Uintah High School and has been working in Provo : at the Utah Beauty School, from which she is a graduate. Mr. Meyers graduated from Lincoln High School in Orem and sery-ed sery-ed four years in the Navy. He is now employed by Talboe & Harlan Har-lan Construction Company, in Provo. ' . - ( ' y , , j .
