Show Mrs. Garda Seeley Dies In Salt Lake Ray G. Howe, husband of Ber-nice Ber-nice Powell Howe, died in a Salt Lake City hospital ofter a long illness. Born June 15, 1909 at Frankfort, Ind., he married Ber-nice Ber-nice Powell in Malad, Idaho, in 1943. Surivivors, his widow; sons, Ray G. Jr., Paul LeRoy, Salt Lake City; half brothers, Charles Denton, Den-ton, Bellville, 111., John M. Denton, Den-ton, El Paso, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Mary Brown, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mrs. Helen Aers, of Frankfort. Funeral services were in Salt Lake City. Burial was in the Blubell cemetery where Leslie B. Goodrich dedicated the grave. Relatives visiting here in Bluebell following the services were Carl Powell, Ray and Verona Therning and family, Donna . Rae Eewell and family, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Gordon and family, Mrs. Dora Powell, and Mrs., Effie Powell. Mrs. Virginia Kimball and three children of California are here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie B. Goodrich. Mr. and Mrs. Axel Anderson and son, Ronald, of Roosevelt visited Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Gardner Goodrich. A large crowd from Bluebell attended at-tended the Moon Lake Stake Teen-Age Dance at Upalco. Those participating in the floor show were LaRue Larsen, Lloyd Murray, Mur-ray, Danny Appadocco, Chad Winkler, Jeanne Seeley, Phyliss Powell, Jean Remington, Dianne Thomas and Stephen Thomas. Mrs. Jennie Goodrich went to Salt Lake City on Wednesday where members of th'e Mary Ann Case family went through the Salt Lake Temple. Leslie B. Goodrich went to Salt Lake City to attend the funeral services for the 2'2 year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Hancock who was drowned in a canal. The little fellow was a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hancock. Mrs. Mary Lisonbee has gone to Salt Lake City for a visit with her son, Hosea, and family and her daughter, Mrs. Belle Bird.' RETURN HOME Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hancock are at home now for the present. They have spent the past two months in Salt Lake City where Mrs. Hancock has been in the St. Marks Hospital receiving medical care. |
