Show Funeral Services Held For Mrs. Emily Hansen Funeral services for Sirs. Emily Hansen, who died Saturday morning, April 6, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Shelton Ellis, in Manila, were held "Wednesday afternoon, April 10, in the Fourth ward chapel with Bishop Lot Robinson officiating. The opening musical selection was "O My Father" by a double quartet. Invocation was offered by Bishop Joseph IT. Storrs of the Second ward. The next number was "My Father Knows," also sung by the double quartet. The speakers were Leo T. Shelley, President Clifford E. Young, President Presi-dent Earl ?. Greenwood, and Bishop L. M. Atwood of Manila. A vocal solo "Beautiful Isle" by Moral D. Steele, and a vocal solo "0 Grave Where Is Thy Victory?" by Miss Ann Chipman interspersed the speakers. The double quartet sang as a concluding con-cluding number "Sometime We'll Understand", after which Counselor Thomas Coddington pronounced the benediction. Interment was made in the city cemetery, where Martin Hansen dedicated dedi-cated the grave. n |
