He is survived by his wife,LittleSilver,N.J.; two sons: John Pulley and Greg Pulley; a grandson, Greg Pulley, Jr.; three brothers-Douglas brothers-Douglas G. Pulley, Merril Pulley, Richard Pulley; and three sis ters: Afton Proctor, Be ty Bennion and Uelores Reinhart. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct 12, at 11:30 a.m. in the American Fork 14th Ward, 825 E. 500 North, there will be no public viewing. Family will greet friends at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the American Fork Cemetery Ceme-tery with military rites by VFW, District 4. Funeral directors are Anderson & Sons Mor-tuarv. Van Alma Vance, 83, died Oct. 10, 1989 in American Fork. He was born April 8, 1906 in Alpine, a son of James Wesley and Lilly Darnall Vance. He married Mary Alice Forbes Jan. 29, 1931 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a life-long resident of Alpine. He was an active member of the LDS Church. He was a High Priest in the Alpine 1st Ward. He is survived by his wife, Alpine; three daughters and two sons: Mrs. Richard (Mary) Deveraux, Dallas Vance, both of Alpine; 21 grandchildren; grand-children; 22 greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul W. Vance, Pine Valley; and . a sister-in-law, Lucy Vance, Arizona. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Alpine 1st Ward Chapel, 165 N. 100 East. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 E. 100 North, American Fork, Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday at the church one hour prior to services. Price, Washington Wash-ington City; Mrs. Thomas Tho-mas (Brenda) Giles, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Kent (Marilyn) Hooley, Ferron; 10 grandchildren; grandchil-dren; two brothers: Harvey L. He was preceded in death by two sisters and six brothers. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 10, in the Lindon 5th Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Timpanogos Memorial Gardens in Orem, with full military mili-tary rites conducted by VFW District 4. Hattie S. She was born June 12, 1902 in St. Charles, - Idaho, a daughter of Edward Tracy and j Harriet Ann 1 Imphreys Shepherd. Ske married Martin F. jfammFeb. 20, 1924, a the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Aug. 1 I 11, 1960. She was an active member of the LDS Church. She had served as Relief Society president, presi-dent, full-time missionary mission-ary and temple worker. She is survived by four sons and a daughter: daugh-ter: Roland Schramm, Pleasant Grove; Orval Schramm, Genola; Clarence Clar-ence Schramm, Fruit Heights; Paul Schramm, Highland; and Mrs. Melvin (Muriel) Meredith, Payson; 27 grandchildren; grandchil-dren; 41 great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 22 step-greatgrandchildren. A son, Gordon Schramm, five brothers and two sisters sis-ters all preceded her in death. Services were held Tuesday, Oct. 10, in the Payson 11th Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Payson City Cemetery.
