Show An Ordinance AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING OF AUTO.MOlllLES AN D THE STORING OF AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF AMERICAN FORK CITY. Be it Ordained by the City Council of American Fork Citv, Utah: SECTION I. HOW TO APPROACH CURB: Every person in charge of a vehicle shall in .parking such vehicle approach the curb at an agle of forty-five forty-five degrees and in such a manner that the front right-hand wheel of such vehicle shall, when such vehicle is stopped, be approximately fifteen inches from the curb, and no part of such vehicle less than two feet from the nearest part of any other vehicle standing at the curb, PROVIDED, it shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on 'Main Street in American Fork City between 2nd East Street and 3rd West Street, except parallel with the curb. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle with' any wheel of the same in any gutter. SECTION II. USING STREET FOR STORING: It shall be unlawful for any person either as owner, occupant, oc-cupant, agent or employee of any garage, livery stable, wagon shop, blacksmith shop, sales room, or other place of business to suffer or permit any vehicle, whether left for safe keeping, repairs, sale or otherwise to be or remain upon any street or sidewalk, side-walk, or to do or permit to be dono any repairing of any vehicle while the same stands upon any part of a public street or sidewalk except only emergency repairs or changing of tires. SECTION III. It in necessary for the ipeace, good order, and morals of the inhabitants of American Fork City that the ordinance take effect immediately. SECTION IV.
