Show seeks mmm An aggregation of present and former North Cache hoop men will engage the highly touted Mcn-don Mcn-don Eagles, Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock, in the local Junior high gymnasium. The all-star team will be composed com-posed of such men as Dean Ellis, 1912 all-region forward; Harold "Butch' Gutke, former N. C. stellar stel-lar athlete; Dean and Burke Rich of the famous Rich family, which has contributed so many boys to the North Cache institution; Clint Nelson, former bulldog star, who performed on the Aggie hoop squad for nearly two seasons; along with this group will appear Cecil Hyden, Ken Workman, and Glen Hillyard, all three having appeared ap-peared with the 1942 North Cache team. Against this crew will be pitted such former hoop greats as Dur-rell Dur-rell Huges, former Aggie star; John Sorenson, past South Cache center, who received state recognition recog-nition while performing for the S. C. team. Others who will appear are Doug Shelton, Grant Baker, and Zcno Anderson, who are all splendid hoop artists. The Eagles hold one decision over the All-Stars and the former North Cache bovs are bent on re- versing the decision when they tangle this coming week. The public pub-lic is invited to attend and witness wit-ness one of the best hoop engagements engage-ments of the year. Admission for the game will be ten cents, both for children and adults. |
