Show Prominent Smithfield Pioneer Dies; Funeral Services Set for Monday Thomas Henry Woolford, 87, pro-" minent Smithfield citizen and pioneer pio-neer resident of southern Alberta, Canada, died Thursday at 12:35 a.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. W. G. Alviston, 824 Canyon road, in Ogden, after a prolonged illness. He had been in Ogden for the past seven weeks. He was born in Rasbury, England, Eng-land, November 9, 1856, a son of Ambrose and Eleanor Berry Wool-ford. Wool-ford. He married Hannah Thompson, Thomp-son, November 23, 1878 in the Salt Lake temple. He had lived I in northern Utah for 71 years. Survivors include the following' sons end daughters: Ambrose, John and George Woolford, Alberta; Al-berta; Mrs. Elizabeth Bod en, Cardston; Wilford A. Woolford, Smithfield; Mrs. Ruth Springs, Amalga; Mrs. Louise Bessigger, Providence, and Mrs. . Eliza Alvin-j Alvin-j ston, Ogden; 27 grandchildren, i four of whom are in the armed forces, and 17 great-grandchildren.
