Show UINTAH BASIN PUBLISHING COMPANY The capitalization of the Uintah Basin Publishing company is $5,000. The stock is $10 per share. The company was organized for the purpose of conducting a general printing and publishing business. For the present the publishing will be enfined to the Myton Free Press, which makes its bow to the public today. Look it over. If it pleases you tell others. If it does not please, you, tell us. The incorporators of the company are, A. F. Maxwell, George S. Sloan, F. C. Powers, II. C. Means, R. E. Waugh and W. H. Smart. The officers and directors are, II. C. Means, president ; A. F. Maxwell, Max-well, vice-president ; J. M. Bryant, R. E. Waugh, F. C. Powers. The secretary is L. A. Kemper and the treasurer is B. L. Dart. The forty stockholders include leading men of Myton and vicinity. Twelve of these men subscribed for $100 and $200 each and are: Calvert & Waugh, $200; J. M. Bryant, $200 ; A. F. Maxwell, $100; George S. Sloan, $100; A. M. Todd, $200; George Phillips, '$200; II. C. Means, $200; B. L. Dart, $200; W. H. Smart, $200; J. H. Coltharp, $200; W. G. Gentry, $100; C. B. Cook, $200.
