Appropriate games were JT played and a splendid luncheon was "j served to about twenty little guests. Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Sorensen en-j tertained at an elaborate dinner at j their home last week in honor of the ' Hig-h School Faculty. Autumn ; leaves and flowers were used in decorating-. Those present werp; Pres. C. N. Lund, Messrs and Mesdames P. M. Neilson, J.W. Anderson, Geo. Bywater, C. L. Stewart, Misses Elda Havenor, Jennie Ryan, Dale Haven-or, Haven-or, Ida Merz, Christie Neilson and Messrs Jensen and Wm. Hansen. Emma Clemensen was a clever Hallowe'en hostess last week. . Fitting- decorations were everywhere in : evidence. Clever and amusing! games were enjoyed. The favors presented to each little guest were miniature baskets filled with pop-' pop-' corn and fudge. About twelve guts were present. Mr. and Mrs. Boon Brotherson entertained en-tertained at their home Sunday evening ev-ening of last week at a surprise party par-ty in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Ephraim .Davidson. Some very interesting-and interesting-and amusing games were played, plenty of music furnished and a dainty dain-ty luncheon served. About thirty guests were present. Estella Truscott was hostess for theO. N. 0. girls last "week at her home. Sewing, music and a delicious luncheon were enjoyed. The pupils of the Seventh and Eighth Grades of the Public School enjoyed a splendid social in their respective re-spective rooms at school Friday evening ev-ening of last week. Games and refreshments re-freshments were enjoyed. XMrs. Harold Sorenson w&i hostess at an informal dinner at her home Sunday afternoon in honor of her twenty-forth birthday. Covers were laid for twenty. Mr. and Mra. C. T. Drage entertained enter-tained a number of friends at a luncheon lunch-eon at their home Tuesday evening after the dance at the Opera House. A jolly time is reported. Mrs. Andrew Larsen was given a splendid and well planned surprise party at her home Tuesday afternoon after-noon in honor of her forty-seventh birthday. About forty guests were present. All kinds of palatable things were brought by the party and a splendid luncheon was the result. Waldo Whittaker entertained a number of friends at a birthday party par-ty Thursday. Music, games and refreshments re-freshments were enjoyed.
