Show Newlyweds Will Make Home In Fairview In a beautiful church setting,' marriage vows were spoken Saturday Sat-urday evening by Miss Olive Stewart and Edmond Dae Coons. The marriage was solemnized by Judge William Coons of Richfield, Rich-field, an uncle of the groom. The bride was lovely in e heavy white satin gown. A fingertip veil of net trimmec1 with silk lace fell from a coronet coro-net of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white cryanthe-mums cryanthe-mums and peach gladioli petals. The bride was given in marriar.o by her brother, Lee Stewart oi" Price. The new Mrs. Coons chose as i her attendants Mrs. Harold 1 Stewart, Mrs. Charles Nielson, 'Miss Beth MacKay, Miss Barbara Bar-bara Branch, Mrs. Verle Peterson Peter-son and Mrs. Don Vance. They carried bouquets of small pink roses. Wayne L. Peterson was best man to the groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Coons. Ushers were Don Vance, Dan Coons, Wesley Cherry and Vaughn Hansen. For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Ethel Stewart chose a model of olive green with a corsage of salmon gladioi and white split carnations. Mrs. Coons was gowned in black with a corsage of salmon gladioli with white split carnations. A program followed the ceremony cere-mony with Sterling Peterson acting act-ing as master of ceremonies. The wedding march was played by Georgia Coons. Jill James played an accordian solo; piano 1 solo by Ruth Cheney. The bride's grandmother, Mrs. Sarah Morley gave a reading; Ethel Vance sang "Sweethearts"; vocal vo-cal solo, Mrs. Bud Nelson; and Mrs. Ethel Stewart, mother of the bride, sang a solo. Dancing followed the program. The young couple left that evening for a honeymoon trip. They will make their home in 1 Fairview. , |
