To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the Slate of Utah has filed in this office b'sts of lands, selected by the said 3'ite, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved July 16, 1894, as Wemnity School lands, viz: E Sec. "1. SEM.' Sec. 23, Twp. 29 South. R.. 1 l We V, S. L. M. Serial 036617, List 2251. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive s'-bd;visions, have been conspicuously "osted in this office for insnection bv it,,, nerson interested and by the rhrn'ni- the period of nublication of i'i'q notice, or any t'me theraft.er, and before final approval and certification, under departmental regulations of April 25, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore, herein-before, described on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural purposes, will be received and noted for renort to the General Land Office at Washington, D. C Failure so to protest or contest con-test within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of the non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being be-ing otherwise free from objection, will be approved to the State.
