Out of town Orton relatives present included the bridegrooms parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lollin Orton Or-ton of Parowan, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon D. Orton and daughter, Cynthia, Mrs. LeRoy H. Cox, Ray Squires and daughter Judy, all of St. George; Mr. and Mrs, Harold Har-old D. Orton, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nelson and Mrs. Mame Bulloch of Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs'. David Dav-id Topham, Zion Park; MA and Mrs. Kenneth Bayles, Kanab; Mr. William A. Wright, Salt ; Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Silas Topham and Winston Orton of Parowan. Newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Sid-ney Orton were honored at a reception in the Paragonah Ward Cultural Hall Saturday evening, July 27 with several hundred people called to extend best wishes. The bride greeted guests in a street length dress of white lace over blue, empire style with round neckline and long sleeves. Her short veil fell from a crown of lace over blue and her bouquet was of white glamelias. Attendants were maid of honor, hon-or, Miss Gay Lynn Benson, Mrs. Ann Boardman and Mrs Claudia Pack. They wore alike dresses of blue with flowered yokes and carried white glamelias. Kenneth Bayles stood as best man. Mrs. Connie Cartwright. was at the guest book. Miss Ada Robinson, Mrs. Kal-tha Kal-tha Benson, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Mortensen and Mrs. Rosemary Talbot assisted in the kitchen and the serving was done by the Misses Diane and Peggy Lam-oreaux, Lam-oreaux, Valerie Talbot, Carol Williams, Sue Dunton and Ginger Gin-ger Robb. Mrs. Geraldine Lamoreaux, Mrs. Sonja Lamoreaux and Mrs. Nona Harris took care of the gifts assisted by Kathryn Benson, Ben-son, Karen Talbot, Russell and Gordon Mortensen. Background piano music was played by Mrs. Melva Barton. All of the bride's immediate family attended the reception as did her uncle and aunts, Mr. and Mrs. II. N. Harris and Kelly and Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Talbot and family and a cousin, Antone Robinson, all of Salt Lake City 1 and Mr. and Mrs. J. Lowell . I |
