Show Sister To Cedar Business Man Dies In Hospital Today Mrs David Richards 46 of Parowan Parowan Parowan Par Par- owan died this thin morning in theIr the theIron theIron Ir Iron n County Hospital from cirr sire cirrhosis cirrhosis of the liver an ailment aliment from which she had been suffering for several years Mrs Richards was brought to the hospital about a week ago in a very critical condition but failed to respond to treatment with death early this morning The deceased was born In Parowan Parowan Parowan Paro Paro- wan on December 4 1893 the daughter of the late Lucius N N. Marsden and Mrs Mary M. M Marsden Marsden Marsden Mars- Mars den where she spent her entire life She was educated in the Parowan Parowan Paro Para wan schools the Branch Agricultural Agricultural Agricultural tural College and spent one year in Boston where she studied domestic domestic domestic domes domes- tic science and art Prior to her marriage she spent two years as a teacher In the Hinckey high school She was married to David Richards Richards Rich Rich- ards on June 6 1917 and was the mother of eight children two of whom proceeded her In to death Mrs Richards was always very active in church affairs in her herward herward herward ward and at the time of her death was one of the councilors In the Parowan West Ward Primary or or- or- or She had hod spent many ye years rs as a teacher In both the Sunday Sunday Sunday Sun Sun- day school and primary organizations organizations organizations of the L L. D. D S 8 S. church She Is survived by her mother her husband and the following sons Carl of Cedar City and Arden Arden Arden Ar Ar- den Clair Reed Ronald and LuchIS Lucius Lucius Lu Lu- cius chIS Dean all allot of Parowan She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters William Marsden Marsden Marsden Mars- Mars den and Mrs Forence Ference I M. M Joseph of Parowan Mrs Nellie NelUe M. M Durham Mrs Glenna M M. Ward and Milo Marsden and A. A M M. Marsden of Salt Lake City and L. L N N. Marsden Maraden Marsden Mars Mara den Jr of Cedar City Funeral arrangements have no not as yet been made but it Is reported that they will undoubtedly be held In Parowan within the next few days with Interment In the Parowan Parowan Parowan Par Par- owan City cemetery |
