Show NOTICE TGO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that George A. Bastian, Box 31, Green River, Ut. has filed a request for extension of time with the State Engineer to prepare and submit proof of appropriation ap-propriation under Appl., No. 26548 (95-383) covering 3000 ac. ft. of water from Trachyte Creek and Straight Creek to be used for stock-watering stock-watering and irrigation purposes. It is represented that $26,500 has been ex-, ex-, pended for construction of a bypass tunnell and other work on a dam; and $11,000 has been expended ex-pended on engineering work. It is estimated that five percent of the con-structon con-structon work on the dam has been completed. Additional time is needed to complete the project and prepare and submit proof of appropriation. Protests resisting the granting of this request with reasons thereof must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before Aug. 7, 1982.
