Any vaccine provided without cost by the State Department of Health is given to pre-school age children without charge, ; otherwise there is a small fee. Oral polio, $1;DPT, $1; MMR, $6.50; Biovax (Mumps-Rubella), $4.50; MR (Rubella-Rubeola), $4.50; Rubeola, $2.50; Rubella, $2.50; Td, $1; Typhoid, $2.50; Cholera, $2.50; PPD (including reading), 50 cents; Influenza, $3. Physical examinations are also provided at a nominal cost: well child, $1.50; school age (other than EPSDT and handicapped), $4; EPSDT, no charge, and infant development examinations on a sliding scale. Family planning counseling is also provided on a sliding scale, with blood pressure checks now costing $1.
