Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to an order of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Huntington, Emery County, Utah, made and entered at a special meeting of said Board duly and legally held on the 18'.h day of March, 1912, all members being present except S. S. Grange, who was absent, and pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section309 compiled compil-ed laws of Utah, as amended on page 2, session laws of 1909, a special election will be held in said Town of Huntington, on Monday, the 22nd day of April 1912, for the purpose of submitting to the electors of said Town, duly qualified qualifi-ed at such election, and who has paid a property tax therein in the year next preceding such election, namely A. D. 1911. Shall the Town of Huntington, Emery County, Utah, incur an indebtedness, by the issue of its bonds in the sum of $8000 00, to raise funds for the following follow-ing purpose, to-wit: for the purpose of building and equiping water works, for supplying the inhabitants of said Town of Huntington, with water for culinary and domestic uses, said Trustees having hav-ing been requested and instructed to call such election by a unanimous vote of the citizens of said Town, at a mass meeting called for that purpose on the 14th day of March. 1912. The polls will be open from seven (7) o'clock a. m. and continue open until seven (7) o'clock p. m. Ballots will b printed by the Board of Trustees, and furnish-1 ed to the qualified electors, which will read, "For the issue of bonds, Yes, No. " : In voting on the question submitted the ! voter shall mark in the appropriate margin, or place a cross against the answer he desires to give. , Given by order of the Board of TrusU-'os of the Town of Huntington, Emery Cou ity, Utah. .
