Show Tames D. Barron James D. Barron, 56, of 1861 W. 625 N., West Point, died Wednesday, Wednes-day, Dec. 30, 1987 at the Humana Hospital Davis North of a heart attack. He was born June 21, 1931 in Ballinger, Tex. to Miles D. and Pearl Grace Scoggins Barron. He married Teresa A. Whirlow Oct. 11, 1952 in California. He served in the U.S. Navy during dur-ing the Korean War. Worked as a pipe fitter with the Halls Sprinkler Company in Los Angeles, Calif. . Surviving are his wife of West Point, four sons and one daughter; David Barron, Mesa, Ariz.; Jeff Barron, Ed Barron, Art Barron all of Phoenix, Ariz.; and Carla Sed-berry, Sed-berry, West Point; and 15 grandchildren. grand-children. Also surviving is one sister, Gene Quinn, El Monte, Calif. He was preceded in death by one brother. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 2 in the Myers Mortuary Mor-tuary Chapel in Roy with Linda Barnes of the United Methodist Church officiating. Interment in the West Point Cemetery. |
