Show Worthington named vocational director Kent Worthington, for the past five years vocational director for the state Office of Education, has been named to the new position of regional vocational director by the Davis School District. A 20 year veteran with the state office, Worthington was for 15 years a federal program administrator adminis-trator before taking over as vocational voca-tional director. He holds an Ed. D. in industrial technical administration administra-tion from Arizona State University, Universi-ty, a master's in education administration admi-nistration from Brigham Young University and a B.S. degree in industrial in-dustrial arts from Utah State. Mr. Worthington lives in Bountiful Bounti-ful where he and his wife are parents pa-rents of four children. The newly created regional vocational director position will combine the vocational programs of Davis and Morgan County and the DAVC. Mr. Worthington will assume his position at the conclusion of the Utah State Legislative session, March 1. y $ |
