Exercise revs up your metabolism meta-bolism giving a calorie burning boost for at least an hour after a workout. Scientists have found that people who exercise in moderation have smaller appetites. Walk. National statistics show that two out of every three active Americans get their exercise from walking. The fastest (and easiest) way to lose weight is with a combination of diet and exercise. If you eat 500 calories less and exercise 500 calories calor-ies more, you can easily reduce your daily calorie intake by 1,000 big ones. Consult with a doctor before starting any diet regimen. |
