Show Grand opening at The Cutting Co. By JUDY JENSEN "Our low prices will bring the customers in , but our good haircuts will bring them back," said Sherri Beasley. Sherri is the stylist and co-owner of "The Cutting Company." The business opened its doors at 3221 S. Highway 89 on Saturday. "We've been so busy I'm really excited," said Sherri. Sherri has been a stylist for 17 years. She has owned "Creative Hair" in Salt Lake City for the past 10 years. Her friend and co-owner Becky Petrulas convinced her to move to Bountiful. "Becky owns "The Dog House" and she said I could take half of her space to start my business," busi-ness," explained Sherri. "Becky was pretty persuasive and I had a lot of customers in Bountiful who wanted me to come, so here I am," she laughed. Sherri said the main thing she wants to provide for her customers is "a good haircut at a reasonable price. I work with people everyday who complain it costs them a fortune for-tune to get their hair cut. The company com-pany charges $4 for regular cuts and $7 for styles. Each of the three stylists at the 0 salon are qualified to do any style and each has their own area of expertise. ex-pertise. Sherd's specialties are men's cuts and beard trims. Hubert does women's cuts and Sherrain Turnbow specializes in flat tops and spikes. Sherri is looking forward to ex- panding her business and working with the Davis County residents. |
