Show BANK AT PARK CITY HAS $25,000 CAPITAL Plans for Organization Complete, Giving Giv-ing Thriving Mining Town a Second Institution. Organization of a new bank for Park City has been completed, it was announced an-nounced yesterday, and witmn a few days will be incorporated under the name of the State Bank of Park City. This will mark the second banking institution in the thriving mining town. For some time past interests of the Deseret National bank of this city have been looking over the Park City field, with the result that the Henry Fares building, located next to the city postof-fice, postof-fice, has been purchased by the projectors. projec-tors. Ramm Hansen, an architect of Salt Lake, is now accepting bids for the reconstruction re-construction of the building in accordance accord-ance with the plans prepared by him. The capital of $25,000 has been paid up in full bv the following stockholders: John C. Cutler, Theresa B. Hills. Deseret Des-eret Savings bank, John C. Sharp. George Romnev, James A. Eldredge. Edward E. Jenkins, George W. Lambourne, William H. Mclntyre, Ezra Waddoijps. Henry Fares, John R. Barnes, Edward Rosen-baum, Rosen-baum, T. R. Cutler, H. G. Whitney, Charles B., Stewart. L. C. Snow, E. W. Robertson, O. N. Friendly, W. W. Rlter, Joseph J. Daynes, Jr.. Fred Smith and T. A. Dannenberg. The officers and board of directors, who comprise both Salt Lake and Park City people, are as follows: John C. Cutler, president and director; George W.
