All indications point towards to-wards a record-breaking year and the Uath parks. Brycc, Cedar Breaks, and Zion are preparing prepar-ing for the greatest tourist flood in the history of the state. The new Mt. Carmcla highway, said to be one of the greatest en gineering marvels in the annals of i the nation's road building, will be thrown open to travel for the first time. This and the recently com-"plcted com-"plcted bridge across the Grand canyon can-yon at Lee's Ferry will be added attractions at-tractions to whet the appetites of the travelling public. In one way, the stock market collapse col-lapse will aid he west. Many who formerly took the expensive European Euro-pean trip are expected to come west instead in 1930. |
