Show ANOTHER CUP IS OFFERED? An Extra Race Is Suggested With a Change of Crews. New Y'ork, . Oct. 19. The Evening World announces today that in conjunction con-junction with the Daily Mail of London Lon-don it offers a cup to be sailed for by the Shamrock and the Columbia, for an extra race on a day to be agreed upon by Mr. Iselin and Sir Thomas Lipton. The World suggests that a change of crews be made in order to settle the question as to whether the crew of the Columbia is better than that of the-Shamrock, the-Shamrock, or vice versa.
