Jt was learned that the i;rdy juror was ill of smallpox. Farnsworth, who Is the guest of his brother, summoned Dr. Lund this rooming, and the physician Immediately Immedi-ately pronounced the case smallpox. City Health Commissioner Samuel O. Paul was called, and confirmed the diagnosis. Farnsworth was removed to the isolation hospital, where ho is the only patient.
