Lydia Piatt Jensen and Joseph Benjamin Richey; also the following named persons, if living (and if they or any of them are not living, then the unknown heirs, unknown devisees and unknown un-known creditors of such of said persons as are now deceased): de-ceased): JAMES M. IDE, JR., his wife, whose true name is to plaintiff unknown; also all other persons unknown claiming claim-ing any right, title, estate or interest in-terest in or lien upon the real property described in the amended ' complaint herein adverse to plaintiffs, ownership or clouding plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service and defend the above entitled en-titled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgement will be rendered against you according to the demand of the amended complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought by plaintiff to recover a judgement quieting its title to the following described real property situate in Washington County, State of Utah, to-wit: Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2), Plat "D", St. George City Survey, according to the Official Of-ficial Map thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Washington County, Utah.
