Show 1 George Camp Roy Wright, of Moccasin, Arizona, has been appointed as non-technical foreman for the Division of Grazing and assigned to the St. George Camp. At present pre-sent he is in charge of the manufacture manu-facture of the adobe bricks which mil be used in the construction ot the new truck and storage garage and blacksmith shop. Mr Gene Carrol is back on the job as Cat operator af the Wolf Hole spike camp following a month's vacation in Kentucky. The inter-camp basketball sche-u- h.-on' rnnnine smoothly (luring the past two weeks. At present seven games have been plaved and the Blue Streaks, captained cap-tained by Joseph Keller, are on top with three decisive victories. Capt. Reuben Curtis assistant district chaplain, presented two film trips for the company last Thursday night. About ninety members of the company were in attendance and enjoyed seeing the views of early Utah history and tr.c first two years of the CCC in the Fort Douglas District. First Lieut. E. T. Cowen, has been transferred from the Pinto camp following breakup of that company and will report to St. George, for duty on December 21. Kenneth Anderson, educational adviser for company 2558 for the Past two years, was transferred to the Muddy River camp near Moapa, Nevada, on December 3. Mrs. Anderson is remaining in St. George for a short time. L. P. Williams reported for duty Camp educational adviser on December 4. Mr. Williams has been with Jericho camp near Eureka for the past two years. Enrollee Robert Hodge has competed com-peted an extension course in auto mechanics offered by the California Califor-nia State Dept. of Education and has received his final certificate. |
