The east phase consists of reconstructing significant portions of the roadway and also making safety improvements including widening shoulders and reconstructing substandard vertical horizontal and curves to meet AASHTO standards. The improvements will be made along Drive Hills Woodland between the intersection of US Highway 6 and the intersection of 11200 South and Drive. Hills Woodland Portions of the improvements will be on new alignment to lengthen the existing substandard Curves and construct a new curve at the intersection of Woodland Hills Drive and 11200 South.
