Stevens of common pleas court, today to-day overruled a motion of the attorneys attor-neys for the Lake Shore and New York Central railroad companies which sought to prevent an injunc- tion which would restrain the raer- I ger of those two roads, at a meeting meet-ing to be held here December 22. Hearint: of the injunction proceedings proceed-ings which were begun yesterday, but which were halted as a result of the ! motion was then resumed. The injunction is sought by the General Investment company of Maine which alleges that anti-trust laws have been violated. oo
