Both Miss Smith and Mr. Bell are University Uni-versity of Utah students. Mr. Bell is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Noel C. Bell of Bountiful. Miss Smith was affiliated with Delta Gamma at the U of U, and the prospective bridegroom was a member of Kappa Sigma. MR. AND MRS. Last Saturday they were honored hon-ored at dinner by the Wisemans, with others attending including Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Wiseman and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Wiseman and their 'families.
