Show Beaver County C. S. U. Club News By Marilyn Roberts Last school year the boys from Beaver County organized a "Beaver County Club" on the C S U campus, and it was highly successful under Lee Gillies as president. This year the Beaver County Coun-ty girls organized an auxiliary and there are now 33 members, mem-bers, 16 women and 17 men. The following were elected to office : Arlene Morgan, presilent; Gayle Edwards, vicq president; Sheila Dalton, secretary sec-retary ; Nancy Mellor, treasurer; treas-urer; Susan Williams, social Manager, and Marilyn Rob erts, reporter. Mrs. Dick Gillies Gil-lies is our advisor. For Homecoming at C S U, Oct. 28 to 31, Shirleen Davis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daisel Davis, was our candidate candi-date for Homecoming Queen. Susan Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Williams of Milford, was chosen to ride the Beaver County Club floai. in the Homecoming Parade. 1 |
